To this is added the net profit on the building account, £1545 11s sd, and the amount brought forward from the previous year, £11,068 4s 7d. The amount available for appropriation is £13,800 5s Id, an increase of £1791 over 1929. This the directors recommend the disposal of as follows : Payment of ordinary dividend at the rate of 8 per cent., as last year, on the ordinary capital of £24,530, absorbing £1962 8s Od, leaving a balance of £11,837 17s Id to be carried forward. A very heavy consignment of Island oranges arrived in Auckland to-day.
