* TE AROHA. The annual meeting of householders on Monday evening was largely attended, and Mr E. A. Bruce presided. - / The balance-sheet for the year showed a credit balance of £319 18s 7d. The election of a committee for the ensuing year resulted as follows: • Rev. R. L. Connolly, Messrs B. Hobson, S.\Vernon, J. E. Wild, W. F. Bates, R. Trabila, J. Cassidy, M. Edgar, H. Stuart.

MatangL—J. W. G. Trowuson, (chairman), W. Tomlinson (secretary). H. Marychurch, J. H. Taylor, L. V. Judd, R. Richardson, J. McDowell (all re-elected). . Leamington.—Just the required number of nominations w r as received to fill the vacancies on the Leamington School Committee, and the following were elected:—Messrs A. E. Peppercorn, chairman, H. D. Hills, T. Forkett, G. Waite, R. Fisher, J. Porter and J. Dempster. Puketaha. —Messrs H. Feisst (chairman), C. E. Thomas (secretary), H. Kuhtz, W. J. Finlay, L. J. Letford.
Koromatua.—The following members were elected: Messrs W. J. Maisey (Chairman), G. A. Pulman (secretary), S. Armstrong, J. L. Ilartstone and J. Wyatt. Walton. —The following committee was elected :—Messrs J. B. Nicholls (chairman), C. Given (secretary), G. Forkett, H. Walker and W. R. Rippey,
