DELIVERED TO-DAY. SUPER TAX PROPOSAL. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel.—Copyright (Received April 14, 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 13. Hon. Philip Snowden, Chancellor of the Exchequer will deliver the Budget speech at 4 p.m. on Monday. It is forecasted that he will require an additional £30,000,000 or £40,000000 from the taxpayers. It is expected that the super tax will begin at £ISOO instead of £2OOO.
