OYSTER WHITE SATIN

USED WITH SUBTLE EFFECTS. A very sophisticated gown for the young girl is created for Jean Arthur to wear in Paramount’s “Street of Chance.’’ The gown is of the new shade of near white, which is called “oyster white,” and shows the new princess style with the many uneven frills which terminate in a long train at the back. The only ornamentation on the gown is the charming way in which bands of the satin are inserted to form a low waistline. The frock is finished with shoulder straps of the satin and diamante buckles.
