Indications are for fair and partly cloudy weather to-day and to-mor-row with cooler temperature together with brlslt southerly wlnds and cold nights. The rainfall for the previous 48 hours amounts to 0.11 inches. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for southerly winds, moderate to strong and at times strong to gale, decreasing. The weather will probably be cool and changeable, with scattered showers, but improving gradually. The night will probably be very cold, with frosts inland. The barometer is rising. YESTERDAY’S WEATHER. The following official report was issued at 4 p.m.
