GIRLS AND BOYS,— Hero we have another painting competition for you. Wo were awfully pleased with the last entries—just dozens of them arrived—but why didn’t you all remember that the typical colleen always wears scarlet and green? Some of the paintings were awfully well done, but the colours weren’t appropriate. Lorna Forster thought of a very good Idea, and mounted hers on an emerald shamrock! We hope you all enjoy your prizes. The number of Honours Board Cards v we are sending out is increasing so rapidly and some members are very near to winning stars for their Third Cards—we hope that soon, every member in the Circle will have at least the First Card!
