A QUAINT OFFER.
Plymouth Museum and Art Gallery Committee has reported to the City Council the receipt of a letter from Viscountess Astor, offering to present to the committee the dress whicn she y wore in the House of Commons as the first woman member of Parliament to take her seat. The committee proposes to accept the gift and to preserve it for future exhibition.
