Five persons were injured when a gig in which they were driving io Waihi last evening came into collision with a cream lorry drven by John Alexander .Broadfool, of Waihi. They were: R. M. Howe and Airs. Howe, who suffered severe cuts lo the head, and shock. Their son Vernon, aged three, who sustained a gash on the right foot. Mrs. Edith Gail op ,who had her legs badly bruised. Thomas Gibson, aged 18 (Mrs. Gallop's brother)- whose head was slighliy injured. Mr. Howe, Mrs. Howe and their son were admitted lo Waihi Hospital and Howe has not yet regained consciousness.
