AUSTRALIA v. NEW ZEALAND. WIN FOR VISITORS. CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday. The lawn tennis test match between the visiting Australian team and the New Zealand team concluded to-day. The Australians, who were wading by live matches to one, won by ten matches to two. New Zealand's only success to-day was Bartleet's win against Teague. Results of !o -day’s play are as follow, the New Zealand names being given first; — Singles. N. R. C. Wilson lost to C. J. Dohohoe, 3—6, 4—6, 2—6. D. G. France lost to C. E. Sproule, 2—6, 3—6, 5—7. C. Angas lost to F. Kalms, 3—6, 6 2—6, 4—6. E. L. Bartleet beat W. N. Teague, 7 6—B, 9—7, 6—o. Doubles. Angas and France lost to Sproule and Donohoe, 4—6, 4—6, 3—6. Bartleet and Wilson lost to Kalms and Teague, 4 —6, 4—6, 3 —6.
