MOTOR CAR AND TRAM
WELLINGTON SMASH. (By Telegraph—. Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. This afternoon a serious car smash occurred in Glenmore Street, a little above the Botanical Gardens. A light oar running to town in crossing in front or a Irani, collided, it is stated, and being thrown into a bank with great force nil Iho three occupants (men) were injured about the head. The driver, who gave the name A. .]. Lynch, of Pirie Street, escaped with the lightest injuries, but all were sent lo hospital. The other names as given arc Thomson and Giles. The car was completely wrecked.
