TAKE NOTICE that a Citation has been Issued out of the Supremo Court of New Zealand at Auckland citing you to appear and answer the petition of Myrtle Ellen Mitchinson Sowerby of Te Awamutu wherein she prays for a divorce on the ground of desertion and such citation intimates that in default of your so doing the Court will proceed to hear the said petition and to pronounce sentence therein notwithstanding your absence NOW THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that for !he purpose aforesaid you are within Twenty-eight days after the 15th day of March 1030 being the date of the last or these publications to attend in person or by your Solicitor at the Supreme Court Office at Auckland and there to enter an appearance without which you will not be allowed to address the Court at any stage of the proceedings.
