ALLEGED INTOXICATION.
IN CHARGE OF MOTOR LORRY. REMAND GRANTED. John Johnston McGill, of Arapuni, charged with driving a motor lorry while he was in a state of intoxication, was remanded till to-morrow, on the application of Mr J. F. Strang, before Mr Wyvcrn Wilson, S.M., in the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court tins morning.
