“We are all servants, you knov/, and have to do as we are told,” remarked Mr Justice Blair in ttie Supreme Court at Wellington, while patiently bearing with a petitioner who was pleading his own case for ■divorce. “The law 'tells me,” proceeded his honour, “If a case is not proved that I must give my ruling in the directly opposite way.”-
