HAMILTONIANS ABROAD.
RETURNED TO N.Z. BY MAUNGANUI Mrs A. L. Stubbs of Ohaupo Road, Hamilton, returned to New Zealand by the Maunganui last Tuesday, after nine months spent in England, Hol- ' land, Italy, Switzerland, France and Egypt. While in Holland Mrs Stubbs saw some beautiful species of tulips, and has large orders with both English and Dutch florists for many thousands of bulbs. She was joined in England by her daughter, Miss A. A. Stubbs, who has been absent from New Zealand for two and a half years, studying in Canada. For six months Miss Stubbs, who is a Bachelor of Home Science, studied in the Hamilton (Ontario) Hospital, and later gained more experience in other big Canadian hospitals. Miss Stubbs, who is now a wideLy experienced dietician, returned to New Zealand with her mother.
