The Magistrate considered respondent was in the position of a single man and evidently quite able to pay something. lie made an order for payment or 10s a week. Charles Fell, the other respondent, brother of Waller Fell, said he was a sharemilker in Hie employ of Walter Moore, of Cambridge. He had five children, the eldest of whom was 23.
