DRUNKEN MOTORIST
ELDERLY FARMER FINED. (By Telegraph—Prose; Association.) MARTON, Monday. Thomas Sanson, an elderly farmer residing at Sanson, was arrested at Bulls yesterday, and charged witli having been drunk while in charge of a car. The county traffic inspector said accused was helplessly drunk, and had to he assisted into the inspector’s car to be taken to the police station. Accused’s brother, another occupant of the car, said accused was not drunk The justices convicted Sanson, severely admonished him, and imposed a line of £5.
