Last season had been very difficult for cheese-making, said Mr J. L. Taylor, manager of the Lowgarth Dairy Factory. There had been two or three very wet months in the spring and. the early part of the new year was so dry that solids in the milk, practically disappeared,.although the fat content went up. This greatly increased the difficulty of turning out high-class cheesa.
