“We have done some experimenting during the season with standardisation,” said Mr C. 11. White, chairman of directors, in his address at the annual meeting of suppliers of the Eltham Dairy Company, “and although our experiments do not show anything like the saving claimed by some factories, we are convinced that when the prices of butter and cheese are normal, it will pay us handsomely to standardise, especially during the latter part of the season."
