ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
MISHAPS AT AUCKLAND. AUCKLAND, Saturday. The dangerous practice of leaning out of tramcars while they are in motion caused two accidents in the city yesterday. Mr. Colin Smith, son of Mr. W. Smith, schoolmaster, Tc Kuiti, was seriously injured through his head striking a pole. Mr. George Cook, a conductor, was slightly injured in the same way.
