A SIGNIFICANT CEREMONY. HOSTILE FEELING ENDED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) ' ROTORUA, Tuesday. An Interesting ceremony took place yesterday afternoon, when the Arawas met Captain von Arnauld and officers of the Emden. at the Grand Hotel.
