Public Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Hamilton Borough Council will be held in the Council Chambers at the Town Hall, Hamilton, at 7.30 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, the 24th. day of July,-1929, for the purpose of confirming a resolution passed by way of Special Resolution at a Special Meeting of the Hamilton Borough Council held on the 26th. day of June, 1929, making a by-law to be known as " The Hamilton Borough By-Law, Number 10,” and to fix the date when such by-law shall come into force. The object and purport of the said By-law is as follows: — 1 To amend the Scale of Charges payable for the hire of MotorCabs. 2 To Alter the Provisions Relating to the Use of Public Baths. 3 To Provide for a Discount on the Prompt Payment of Accounts for Water exceeding one million gallons in any half-year. 4 Regulating the Keeping of Stock in the Borough. A copy of the said Hamilton Borough .By-law No. 10 is deposited in the office of the Hamilton Borough Council, Town Hall, Hamilton, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours at least seven days before the above-mentioned meeting on 1 the 24th. day of July, 1929.
