The object and purport of the said By-law is as follows: — 1 To amend the Scale of Charges payable for the hire of MotorCabs. 2 To Alter the Provisions Relating to the Use of Public Baths. 3 To Provide for a Discount on the Prompt Payment of Accounts for Water exceeding one million gallons in any half-year. 4 Regulating the Keeping of Stock in the Borough.
