THE HAMILTON CLUB.

BELL CUP AND CONSOLATION. The Bell Cup and Consolation Handicap competitions were continued at St. Andrews on Saturday with the following results:— Bell Cup.—Tompkins beat Rawson, 3 and 2; Simpson beat Horton, 3 and 2; Black beat East, 8 and 6; Gunn beat Russell, 2 and 1. In spite of the very stormy weather there was a good muster - at the Cambridge Golf Links on Saturday, when the final round of the June Cup competition was played. The winner proved to be C. H. Miller, with a nett score on the two rounds of 05—74, total 139. E. H. Bradstree: was the runner-up with 67—74 —141. The cards returned for Saturday's play were; I. James, 98, handicap 27, nett 71; A. R. Cox, 101 —30 —71; R. Alford, 84—12—72;: E. Niclcle, 93 — 20—73; W. Rominson, 95—22 —73; C. W. Miller, 90—16—74; E. H. THE TE AROHA CLUB. TE AROHA, Saturday. Members of the Te Aroha Golf Club played a four-ball best-ball bogey match to-day, but the unfavourable weather was against good play. The best cards returned were:— Bradley and Mahon, 1 down; Laver and Johnson, 1 down; Halligan and Bliss, jun., 2 down; Crompton and Bliss, sen., 1 down.
