MOTORING ACCIDENTS.
CARS IN COLLISION. MINOR DAMAGE DONE. Minor damage was done to two cars when they collided at the intersection of Anglesea and Clarence streets yesterday. The car which was driven by Miss Olive Robertson, of Raglan, had come out of Clarence Street when it col-' lided with the car driven by Mr William A. Smith, of Hamilton. Smith's car was capsized by the force of the impact.. Neither driver was injured. CAR AND CYCLE COLLIDE. MAN FRACTURES SKULL. AUCKLAND, Monday. A severe fracture of the skull was sustained by Mr 11. Crowne, married, aged about 30 years, as the result of being thrown from his motor-cycle when the machine collided with a motor-car. The motor-car was driven by Mr A. Dodman, of Mount Albert. CAR GOES OVER BANK. THE DRIVER KILLED. DUNEDIN, Sunday. While Mr George Young, aged 50 years, storekeeper, of St. Leonards, was driving a car from Dunedin to St. Leonards last night, the vehicle skidded and went over a bank. Mr Young was thrown from the car and killed. His wife escaped with minor abrasions.
