Rev. Dr. Liston. Coadjutor'Bishop of Auckland, is in Hamilton.

Mr. A. Livingstone, of Whatawhata, is an inmate of the Waikato Hospital.

Mr A. 11. Iloneyfield, of Palmerston North, spent the week-end in Hamilton.

Mr Allan Wilkie arrived at Hamilton yesterday from Hawera, and went on to, Cambridge.

Macarthy Board of Governors, announces the appointment of Mr. Harold Featherston Johnston, barrister and solicitor, of Wellington, as a member of' the Advisory Committee, in place of the late Sir Charles Skerrett, K.G.M.G., K.G.

Mr and Mrs Sapsworth, of Los Angeles, California, who have been on an extended holiday to New Zealand, staying for the greater part of their time in this country with their relatives, Mr and Mrs Mitchell, Cambridge, left for Auckland on Saturday. They will leave Auckland on July 30 for their home.

Mr H. Rowland, who has been manager of the Cambridge branch of the Bank of New Zealand, has received notice of his transfer to the position of manager of the bank at Opotiki, and will be leaving in about ten days. . Mr Rowland will be succeeded' by Mr F. E. Coote, who has been doing relieving work for the bank for many years.
