STRUCK OFF THE ROLL.
AN AUCKLAND SOLICITOR. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. The Court of Appeal this morning made an order striking Raymond Bradford Purser, solicitor, formerly practising at Auckland, off the roll. The grounds of the application for the order were that Purser failed to pay into his trust account and there retain until payment out to his clients all monevs received by him on account of such clients during the months of June, July, August, September, October, and November, 1928, contrary to the provisions of the Law Practitioners’ Act. Costs, £ls 15s, and disbursements were allowed to the Law Society.
