HEAVY TRAFFIC FEES
METHOD OF COLLECTION. BOROUGH COUNCIL PROTEST. “News reports to the effect that regulations are to be amended to provide that heavy traffic fees shall be payable quarterly have come to my 1 notice,” said the Mayor, Mr J.
