TELEGRAPHING OF BETS. PUBLICATION OF DIVIDENDS. URGED BY WELLINGTON CLUB. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Stewards of the Wellington Racing Club passed a resolution strongly urging legislation to permit money being telegraphed or otherwise sent to club secretaries for investment on the totalisator and the publication of dividends.
