SIR MAUI POMARE
VISIT TO OTOROHANGA. (Our Resident Representative.) OTOROHANGA, Monday. The Hon. Sir Maui Pomare, accompanied by his son, Dr. E. P. Ellison (Director of Maori Hygiene) and Mrs Ellison, spent the week-end as guests of Mr Anthony Orrnsby, Health Inspector at Otorohanga. Sir Maui is convalescing after a somewhat serious operation, and consequently will make the return trip to Wellington in short stages, by motor, calling at Tc Kuiti and Waitara en route to headquarters. The health of the Maori population of this territory is quite normal at the moment.
