NAPIER WOOL SALE.
THE MARKET FIRM. FULL BENCH OF BUYERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NAPIER, Friday. The third Napier wool sale opened this morning. There was a full bench of buyers, and a catalogue of 30,000 bales. Up to lunch the market was firm, with prices on recent lines. English and French buyers operated for the better class of wools. Continental and New Zealand mills bought poorer wools. Prices generally were as follow: Crossbreds 13d to 20d, halfbreds 19d to 20id, hoggets 18d to 21d, pieces lid to 19d, bellies 9d to lambs 16d to 2id.
