Mr Coolldge slgne-d the Kellogg treaty with impressive ceremony, In the presence of the Cabinet, Vice-President, and members of the Sonate, in the historlo east room of White House. Many photographers and cameramen recorded the scene. The treaty and ratification document, bedecked with red ribbon and gold seals, lay on the presidential desk, which was placed In the oentre of the room for the oooaslon. Mr Coolldge and Senator Kellogg entered together. The former picked up a huge gold pen, about eight Inches long, elaborately engraved, and affixed his signature, after which he handed the pen to Senator Kellogg, who countersigned. Mr Coolldge then ehook hands with Senator Kellogg, Senator Borah and several others, and left the room.
