M. GAILLARD’S CLAIM. DISCOUNTED BY SCIENTISTS. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian Press Association). (Received Jan. 9, 12.80 p.m.) PARIS, Jan. 8. Scientists have decided that M.
