MOTOR CAR SMASHED.
COLLISION WITH TRAIN. FIVE TRUCKS DERAILED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, Tuesday. A taxi driven by William Parfltt collided yesterday with a train at the Broadway Crossing, Picton, where a fatality recently occurred. The car was smashed, but the driver escaped miraculously. Five trucks were derailed, damaging te permanent way.
