(Received Dec. 15, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 14. | Britain to-day paid the United States £18,840,000 on account of debt redemption, of which £5,400,000 was principal. Since the funding scheme, the payments amounted to £192,876,-! 000, of which £29,000,000 was principal, reducing the present indebtedness to £890,600,000. --
