Fifty-one Spanish water-colours by Mr Lionel Lindsay, a brother of Mr. Norman Lindsay, exhibited in the Colnoghi Gallaries, Bond Street, are attracting favourable comment. Mr Alfred Munnings, R.A., states: " There are so many good drawings that it is difficult to choose." Senor Fernandez, the Andalusian painter, says: "What a pity these are not exhibited at Madrid. Senor Lindsay is not a mere tourist—he sees Spain ■with our eyes." Mr Lindsay says the pictures are the result of exploration off the beaten track.
