WILSON—LAYBOURN. On October 24, St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Hamilton, was the scene of a quiet but pretty wedding, when Faith Eunice Laybourn, third daughter of Mr and Mrs M. E. Laybourn, Tainui Boad, Frankton, was married to Hugh Allender Wilson, only son of the late Mr H. L. Wilson, of Ghristchurch, and Mrs r,iddcns, Barry's Bay, Akaroa. The Rev. H. G. Gilbert officiated.

Tlfe bride, who was given away by her father, wore a frock of ivory georgette, inset with silver medallions. Her tulle veil, was held in place by a coronet, of lily of the valley blossoms, and fell at the back in graceful folds, forming a train. A lovely shower bouquet was carried. Mrs V. Towers, sister of the bride, attended as matron of honour. Her frock was of cornflower blue georgette with frilled side panels. A blue crinoline hat was worn and she carried a dainty shower bouquet of flowers to tone. Mr Hector Percy, of Baglan, was best man. After the ceremony the guests were entertained at the residence of the bride's parents, where the usual toasts were honoured.
