THE WARD CABINET
MINISTERS & PORTFOLIOS. THE APPOINTMENTS. TO BE SWORN IN TO-MORROW. (Times Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Monday. It is stated on what is regarded as unimpeachable authority that Sir Joseph Ward has completed the formation of his Cabinet, and that the following names, with their respective portfolios, will be submitted to His Excellency the Governor-General for his approval. It is expected that the swearing-in ceremony will take place at Government House to-morrow morning:—■ Sir Joseph Ward —Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Minister of External Affairs (Samoa). Mr. G. W. Forbes —Lands and Minister of Agriculture. Mr. E. A. Ransom —Public Works and Minister in charge of Roads and Public Buildings. Mr. T. M. Wllford —Defence and Minister in charge of Police. Mr. W. A. Veitch —Labour and Minister of Mines. Mr. W. B. Taverner —Railways and Minister in charge of,. ; the Advertising and Publicity Departi ments. Sir Aplrana Ngata —Minister Native Affairs, Cook Islands and member of Executive Council representing the Native Race. Mr. J. B. Donald —Postmaster-Gen-eral and Telegraphs. Mr. H. Atmore —Education. Mr. P. A. de la Perelle —Internal Affairs. Mr. J. G. Cobbe —Marine. Mr. A. J. Stallworthy— Health.
