With an idea of advertising Ibis fact, a novel method has been adopted by the manufacturers, Messrs 11. |). and' 0. Wills. A large covered lorry surrounded by a colossal replica 0 f ‘ ;l lighted Capstan cigarette, is louring the; country. The tip of Hue cigarette is of copper which is heated from within and when travelling takes on a glow, and throws off a trail of smoke. The vehicle is equipped with an eight-valve wireless set, from which, in country districts, concerts are re-broadcast. Mr S. W. Holland, the company’s representative, travels with the vehicle, which is driven by Mr j. Donkin. The vehicle is attracting considerable attention.
