The Weather Bureau wires for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day the indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong, freshening. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. Rain probable; also misty rain with cold temperatures. Barometer little movement with a rising tendency.
