DIOCESAN SCHOOL.

ANNUAL SPORTS DAY. A big crowd attended the annual sports day held in the grounds of the Diocesan Girls' School yeste-rday afternoon. The weather was favourable, and a very interesting displaywas given. Mr D. Hay acted as starter, and Messrs H. English, H. G. Sergei, H. Hammond, and F. Vick-ery as judges.
