An aboriginal youth giving evidence at the trial of two aboriginals charged with the murder of Frederick Brooks, in Central Australia, said a lubra J (native female) was used as a decoy 4 and Brooks was ambushed by a party of natives who clubbed him to death . and buried his body An a rabbit bur- j row. The police pursued the natives for 60 miles into the bush. The natives showed fight and eight were shot dead. Tne two survivors are now uhdergoing trial. iK
