Indications are for gener-ally-fair weather during the next 48 hours with light variable winds, mostly from a northerly direction. Yesterday was generally fair with light north-west winds. Mean temperature 61 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires for 24 hours .from 9 a.m. this day: The indications are for northerly moderate to strong freshening winds. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, but becoming cloudy to overcast, with scattered showers. Mild temperatures. Barometer falling slowly.
