L The cost of insurance will be borne *£ jointly by the Government, the emU ployers, and the employees. 5 The scheme will be restricted to 4; persons earning less than £8 per week. An employee, upon payment of Cd per week, will be entitled to £1 weekly - upon reaching the age of 60.
