CAR OVERTURNS
STRIKES SPECTATORS. NINETEEN PEOPLE KILLED. MANY SERIOUSLY INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.i (Rec. September 10, 11.0 a.m.) MILAN, September 9. During the European Grand Prix race on the Monza track, a Talbot, travelling at 126 miles per hour grazed another car and overturned.
The car was precipitated amongst the spectators, 19 of whom were killed Including the Talbot’s driver, Materassl, aged 26.
Many were seriously Injured,
