The following oarometef and thermometer readings taken from 9 a.m. daily, and weather conditions are kindly supplied by Mr Jas. Bremner: Barometer.
Barometer 29.80, rising. Indications are for fair weather during the next 48 hours, with light southerly winds and colder nights. Yesterday was partly fair, rain, fell in the afternoon amounting to 0.40 inches. Winds are south-west. Mean temperature 55 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day: The indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds, but decreasing. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with some showers, but improving. Barometer rising slowly.
