TRAFFIC ON BRIDGE.
(To the Editor.) Sir—Re by “Follow Behind' and . a fsiu s horse-drawn vehicle on the bridge, surely he must be a pedestnan ci f oue-miie-a-hour driver, for if everv motorist followed behind carts and drays at a walking pace over the bridge then there would be a blockage in traffic. I do not think “Follow Behind” can be an expert driver, for even a novice can pass a vehicle on the bridge, as there is ample room to pass —-I am, etc.,
