THE SOUTHERN CROSS.
BOGGED AT PERTH. DEPARTURE DELAYED. (By Telegraph.—i-ress Assn.—copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) PERTH, Aug. 19. The aeroplane Southern Cross was unable to leave to-day on the return flight because it was bogged at Manlands, where it landed on arrival from Adelaide. Jt it probable that it will be three days before it will be able to move. The weather outlook Is still unpromising. Even the airways mail plane could not rise with Its passengers, who accordingly travelled by rail to Geraidlon.
