EARLY SETTLERS.
RE-UNION ' NEXT FRIDAY, Between 75 and 100 early settlers of Waikato and their descendants are expected to attend the annual re-union under the auspices of the Waikato Early Settlers’ Association, which will be held at the Winter Show Hall on Friday. The Hon. J. A. Young, Minister of Health, has promised to preside, and everything points to a very successful re-union.
The promoter of these annual assemblies, Mr C. J. W. Barton, deserves much credit for the inauguration and organisation of the functions.
