WILKINS AND EIELSCN. BELIEVE AMUNDSEN IS DEAD. (By Telegraph —Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) WASHINGTON, July 25. Captain Wilkins and Lieutenant Eielson expect to start preparations for their south polar llight in about a month. Wilkins has left here for the west coast, and Lieutenant Eielson proceeds to Minneapolis. Both expressed the belief that Captain Amundsen is dead.
