PIPE SMOKER'S AFFINITY. "When a man has a good pipe and the right tobacco, like Edgeworth, he has a true and helpful friend. Never was there a more convincing illustration of this fact than a letter received from Mr William H. Arbogast. He writes to say that his work makes a constant drain upon his nervous energy, and all day his faithful pipe and favourite tobacco help him to produce pep. Then, at the day's end, the soothing fragrance of hia pipesmoke wipes all cares away. As a pipe "affinity" (which Mr Arbogast so aptly calls it) Edgeworth has brought many a pipe and man together for a glorions liie-tiiae friendship.
