A deputation Trorn Opotiki which went to Whakalane yesterday to interview the lion. K. S. Williams regarding the East Coasl Railway, interviewed .Messrs. F. F. Ilockly and C. E. Macmillan, M's.P., in the absence of the Minister. Both members promised their full support or Hie proposal lu continue the railway, to Upoliki.
